Book a psychiatric appointment in Salem — often for the same day
Request a time that works, evenings and weekends included — we’ll confirm it with you. Be seen by video, or come see us in person at our Salem, Oregon clinic. And if calling is easier, that’s fastest — a real person answers.
Request a time that fits your week
Evening and weekend times count too — an appointment doesn’t have to mean missing work. Send a request online and we’ll confirm your time, or if you’d like to be seen today, phone is fastest: same-day psychiatry visits in Salem are often available.
The fastest way: call or text
Same-day appointments are booked by phone. A real person answers, and it takes a few minutes — no forms first.

Send an appointment request and we’ll reply as quickly as we can — usually the same day. Please don’t include detailed health information in the request itself.

How video visits work
Medication management and therapy both work well over video. When a treatment needs to happen in person — like Deep TMS in Salem — we simply plan those sessions at the office.
Your link arrives before your visit
Once your time is confirmed, we send the video link ahead of your visit — so there’s nothing to hunt for on the day.
Tap it at your appointment time
No special setup — a phone or computer with a camera is enough. Find a quiet spot, open the link, and your clinician joins you.
Private and one-on-one
It’s just you and your clinician, and the visit runs the way an office visit does — unhurried, confidential, and yours.
Anywhere in Oregon or Washington
We’re licensed in both states, so you can be seen from home, a parked car on a lunch break, or a dorm room — wherever you have privacy.
Come sit down with us in Salem
Some conversations feel better in a real room. Book any appointment as an office visit — same clinicians, same care.
Our office at Lancaster Plaza
You’ll find us at 1880 Lancaster Drive NE, Suite 110, Salem, OR 97305. We’re open 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days a week — evenings and weekends included. The map, directions, and every way to reach us are on our contact page.
Or we’ll come to you
If leaving the house is the part you can’t do right now, that doesn’t have to end the conversation. Read about in-home psychiatric visits — or just call and ask whether one makes sense for you.
After you book — no surprises
Booking is the hard part. Here’s the whole of what follows.
-
01
A confirmation lands
We confirm your time and email the details — for video visits, that includes your link. If anything looks off, call or text and we’ll fix it.
-
02
A little paperwork
A few intake forms come through our patient portal — minutes, not hours. Keep your insurance card nearby; the plans we accept are listed on our insurance page, and we’re glad to verify coverage for you.
-
03
A real conversation
Your first visit is a thorough evaluation with a clinician who has time for the whole story — not just a symptom checklist. You’ll leave with a plan you helped shape.
Already a patient here?
You don’t need this page — follow-ups are scheduled through the patient portal, and medication refills have their own quick form.
Questions people actually ask
What should I have ready when I book?
Your insurance card and a list of the medications you take — photos of the bottles work fine. For a video visit, line up a quiet, private spot with a decent connection. If you can’t find everything, book anyway; we can fill in the gaps later.
Can I book for a family member?
Yes — with their involvement. Many first calls come from a parent, spouse, or adult child, and that’s a completely normal way to start. Call us and we’ll walk through it together; for adults, the person receiving care takes part in the scheduling and gives their own consent.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call or text us — life happens, and we would much rather move your visit than have you skip it. Because we’re open 8am to 8pm seven days a week, there’s usually a nearby time that works.
Is same-day booking real?
Often, yes. Phone is the fastest way to get one — call and we’ll tell you honestly what’s open today. Evening and weekend times exist here too, which takes a lot of pressure off finding a slot that fits around work or school.
Rather just talk to a person?
Call or text — that works too. A real person answers between 8am and 8pm, every day of the week, and there’s no pressure to commit to anything on the first call.
