Deep TMS

Available in Salem

FDA-cleared

Deep TMS

New hope for treatment-resistant depression.

Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is non-invasive: it uses magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. We use the BrainsWay Deep TMS system, which is FDA-cleared for major depressive disorder — including depression that hasn’t responded to medication — as well as anxious depression, OCD, and smoking cessation. Sessions take roughly twenty minutes, with no anesthesia and no downtime, and it’s available right here at our Salem clinic.

  • Non-invasive, with no anesthesia and no downtime
  • Administered in-office by trained clinicians
  • Well tolerated, with a strong safety profile
  • Works alongside your existing treatment plan

Medication Management

Available in Salem

Medication Management

Careful, personalized prescribing — reviewed as often as you need.

Our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) offers personalized medication management as part of a comprehensive approach to mental health care. That means a thorough evaluation up front, then follow-up visits to assess how a medication is working, watch for side effects, and adjust when something isn’t right.

  • Thorough initial psychiatric evaluation
  • Follow-up visits to track what’s working
  • Side effects monitored and taken seriously
  • Adjustments made collaboratively, never rushed

Therapy

Available in Salem

Therapy

Evidence-based psychotherapy in a confidential, supportive setting.

Our licensed therapists provide evidence-based psychotherapy in a supportive, confidential setting — for anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth. The work is collaborative, and it’s aimed at insight, healing, and long-term well-being rather than a quick fix.

  • Anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth
  • Collaborative — you set the direction
  • Confidential and non-judgmental
  • Focused on long-term well-being
Getting seen

When getting to care is the hard part

Two things set this clinic apart: how fast you can be seen, and where. We hold same-day openings, stay open evenings and weekends, and if leaving the house isn’t possible right now, we can come to you.

What we treat

The conditions these services treat

Every plan starts with the same question: what are you up against? Each page below explains how evaluation, therapy, medication, and — where appropriate — Deep TMS come together for that condition.

Paying for care

Most major plans are accepted

We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Health Share of Oregon, PacificSource, Providence, Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, and more — the full list lives on our insurance and fees page. Coverage details vary plan to plan, so verify your coverage — call and we’ll check it for you. Paying without insurance? Sliding-scale options and superbills are available; call for current rates.

Good to know

Choosing a service, answered plainly

How do I choose between therapy, medication, and Deep TMS?

You don’t have to decide before you call — that’s what the first evaluation is for. Your clinician listens to the whole story, then suggests a starting point, and many people do best with a combination, such as therapy alongside medication. Deep TMS usually enters the conversation when depression hasn’t improved after trying medication. Nothing is locked in; the plan changes as you do.

Do you see teenagers, or only adults?

We see both teens and adults. Whether we’re the right fit for a younger patient depends on the situation, so the simplest step is to call and tell us a little about what’s going on. If we’re not the best match, we’ll say so and point you toward someone who is.

Can I do my appointments by video?

Yes. We offer telehealth visits for patients located anywhere in Oregon or Washington, and many people mix video and in-office visits depending on the week. A few situations are better handled in person — Deep TMS, for example, always happens at the clinic — and your clinician will tell you plainly when that’s the case.

How quickly can I actually be seen?

Often the same day you call. We’re open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week — evenings and weekends included — so appointments can fit around work, school, and family. Call or text 503-395-8614 and we’ll find the soonest time that works for you.

Not sure which service fits? That’s our job, not yours.

Call or text and tell us what’s been going on. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and suggest a starting point — with no pressure to commit to anything.
